The family functions as a unified roster—each member with unique strengths, but all working toward shared goals. Every person contributes to the culture, communication, and energy that make the team strong.

As the Head Coach and GM, Dad is responsible for setting the team’s direction, protecting the vision, and keeping the family operating with discipline. He balances long-term strategy with daily coaching, ensuring the team stays on mission and executes the right plays at the right time.

Mom serves as both Assistant Coach and Team Captain, blending leadership with compassion. She keeps the team connected, reinforces daily routines, and ensures the household stays aligned, steady, and united as we execute the family game plan. shortcomings, stay humble, and work daily to improve as a husband, father, and man of God. I will prioritize fitness, structure, and hard work by strengthening my body, mind, and spirit to serve my family and community. I will build smart, process-driven businesses that reflect our values, provide for generations, and create freedom through discipline and stewardship. I will stay proactive in supporting Julie, walk beside her through life’s challenges, and ensure she always knows she is loved, safe, and cherished. Every day, I will strive to be a man my family can count on, and a man God can trust with more.

The kids are the Rising Players in training—learning the playbook, building good habits, and contributing to daily wins. Their responsibility is to grow, listen, practice, and build the character that prepares them for bigger roles as they mature.
